Ctrl+Cを押しても音声入力が停止しない（プロンプトは消えるがマイクは録音を継続する）問題、文字起こし処理中にEscでキャンセルできない問題、transcriptビューやvimのNORMALモードでSpaceを押し続けると音声入力が始まってしまう問題を修正。
