誤って入力されたnがダイアログを閉じ、yが確定してしまう問題を修正。EnterとEscで確定・キャンセルするように変更（以前の挙動に戻すには、keybindings.jsonでyとnをconfirm:yesとconfirm:noに割り当て可能）。
